Mold Assessment and Remediation Plan

Is it Mold? Depending on a person’s level of sensitivity, mold exposure can result in various adverse health conditions, ranging from mild irritation to severe respiratory reactions. The presence of indoor mold may also indicate water infiltration which can eventually damage or destroy building systems. Because of this, it’s essential for homeowners and property managers to be aware that the presence of indoor mold should be addressed promptly.

Common causes of mold growth include:

Leaking roofs, windows, or siding

Improper ventilation

Improper insulation

Flood events and improper site drainage

Plumbing failure

Uncontrolled condensation
